This program uses email as a way of getting you a positive message in a place
you know your going to read it, and that message will inspire you to take action
in your life. Soon, you'll be excited to go check your email and see the
words of encouragement, learn from the informational tips and get enthusiastic
about the steps you're taking in losing weight.
The workout portion was designed by a RN/nutritionist and a Certified Personal Trainer, with the goal of gradually conditioning your body, and being gentle on your heart & lungs, as well as giving your muscles time to build. This is not a course designed to push you to your limits! It designed to gradually increase your limits, while staying in the high fat burning zone (which I explain in the program). As a mother of young children, I needed a workout that wouldn't wear me out for the rest of the day! After your workout, you won't be too tired to function, in fact you'll likely feel more energetic than before!
